You say you always respond to Marks request but I doubt that: you repeat your Fatal error message and apparently did not PM @Mark for login information.
How do you want any support to really give you good advise if you do not send him the login info but instead ask him:

Thanks for the PM, but to look at the Extra Web Files page problem I was hoping to get access to run a browser against your CMX install. I'm afraid there is not much I can do using SSH or FTP to what looks like another server.

Hi Martial,
To update go to https://saratoga-weather.org/wxtemplate ... hp#updates
Then scroll down to Updates as per attached image,
Insert the date that you downloaded the template set
Select World for your Base, and Cumulus for your Plugin
Click Check for Updates
Select Download Zip file of updated items, and save to your PC.
Unzip, and follow the ReadMe instructions to update your remote files.

You have 2 places where you have/had CumulusMX upload the NOAA reports:
in your root CumulusMX default site you have https://vieuxboucau.info/noaareport.htm and the files in
https://vieuxboucau.info/Reports/NOAAYR2022.txt
https://vieuxboucau.info/Reports/NOAAMO0122.txt
which seems to be fine and current.

In your /D Saratoga template site you have https://vieuxboucau.info/D/wxnoaaclimatereports.php and the files in
https://vieuxboucau.info/D/Reports/NOAAMO0122.txt
https://vieuxboucau.info/D/Reports/NOAAYR2022.txt
which is not current.

Change your Settings-weather.php
from: to: and the template should find the correct current /Reports folder and files.
