Wind guages kickstart in dashboard

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Wind guages kickstart in dashboard

Post by mares'tails »

Morning folks. Just a niggle here but easily bypassed....perhaps someone could help with a permanent fix. I have MX build 3160 and a wired Davis VP2 station. My PC runs 365 (except for updates) for ADS-B data transmission. When I open Dashboard the wind guages do not appear. If I then open Guages they all fire up and if I go back to Dashboard they're fine. If I close Weather Station but restart it relatively quickly the wind guages remain good. If I leave it for a while before restarting Weather Station I am back with a need to 'kickstart'.
Any clues, folks. A better New Year for all, I hope. Cheers, Martyn

I'd open the dev tools in your browser (F12), then look at the network tab.
Now browse to Dashboard page in your browser.

Check all the downloads in the dev tools network tab for any errors.
