I'm using 3.14.1 (build 3160)
I had a day this month where the low was reported at 0 when it was 35F, how do i change that days low? It is also wrong on my monthly highs/lows page and NOAA reports.

You need to take a few steps, assuming the event happened this month ...
1. Use the log file editor to find the record for that day that contains to zero value - hopefully there will only be one. Either delete that record, or set the temperature to match the values either side of it.
2. Use the day file editor in MX to correct the record for that day. Load the values from the monthly files and it should give you the correct minimum for that day.
3. Use the record editors to fix the records for "this month", "monthly" - for December. Possibly "this year" and "all time" as well depending on your location and length of time running Cumulus.

How do i change the NOAA month report as it still says 0F?

I use WLL it's been working fine for months. I have 7 years of data first issue i've ever had unless it was self done.

If the NOAA reports are this month then they will regenerate at the next rollover. But you can force a regen by loading the report in the admin interface and clicking the Regenerate button.
