J'ai essayé de refaire une installation, mais ça ne change rien.
Que faut il que je fasse ?

If you wish to communicate in your mother tongue (French, Russion, Chinese or whatever, even Dutch ) it is probably best to use PM.

PM is good when it is a one-on-one exchange. But public forum posts allows others to view and follow the discussion, and offer help - i.e. the experts like Ken.

Your CumulusMX site is working fine, including NOAA Reports
For your Saratoga site, first get all the necessary files on on your website https://vieuxboucau.info/sa/ before making setting changes. For that you still need to upload the contents of the CU-plugin zip. If you have any difficulty with that then post or send a PM.

Hi Martial,
First, get the files on your website, then work on getting CUtags, etc. working.
You have uploaded the files from CU-plugin, but did not include the folder and content cumx

Good, the cumx folder and files are uploaded.

Now realtime.txt and CUtags.php:
Your realtime.txt is already being updated to https://vieuxboucau.info/realtime.txt so that is good.
In the Settings-weather you will need to change line 42 $SITE['realtimefile'] = './realtime.txt'; // directory and name of Cumulus realtime.txt file
to $SITE['realtimefile'] = '../realtime.txt'; // directory and name of Cumulus realtime.txt file

To get the updated CUtags.php on your website you will need to:
1. Copy the template CUtags.txt (or it could be CUtags.php as you previously mentioned) from the \CU-plugin\WXtags-template-files folder and paste in your C:\CumulusMX\web folder.

2. In CumulusMX Extra web files settings add:
Local Filename C:\CumulusMX\web\CUtags.txt
Destination Filename sa/CUtags.php
Process [tick]
Realtime [tick]
FTP [tick]
UTF-8 [tick]
Binary
End of day

Change the items in blue to your actual file name and location on your computer.

That will get you one step further.

Possibly something got removed or corrupted in your CumulusMX. I think all the settings files are in the CumulusMX\interface folder. You could try and copy the full \interface folder from the original unzipped CumulusMX download, then paste it in your \CumulusMX (replacing everything you had in that \interface folder).

As this seems like a CumulusMX issue and not a Saratoga template issue I suggest you start a new thread on this problem in the viewforum.php?f=40 forum so Mark or others can look at that specific issue.

My suggestion would be to do a new full CumulusMX install over top of your existing. That will not affect any of your data, nor your settings which are saved in the Cumulus.ini file that does not get replaced when you are updating CumulusMX. Off course, always wise to do a good full backup of your C:\CumulusMX folder so you can quickly go back if needed.
