RaspberryPi image 3.14.1 (build 3160)

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

It did cross my mind to suggest this - but I thought the whole point of the image was to have everything in it necessary to run MX. Perhaps I have the wrong end of the stick about the images?

They should be a ready to go image - When I have tested them CMX runs without having to install anything else.

Yeah that's what I thought. Which makes the answer from @sm0ifp a bit of a puzzle. Perhaps it was a re-install rather than a fresh install?

If I remember correctly, there could be some issues, if Mark creates the image with RPi 3B or newer, and then one tries to run it with an earlier board. That would be somehow related to cpu architecture and the fact that some parts of mono-complete are compiled during installation… And if this occurs, it could be repaired by uninstalling and reinstalling mono. But all this with a huge disclaimer, information is based on some faint memories, no hard facts to back it up. :?

I think the only board that will have issues is the Zero which uses a different CPU family, and maybe some very old first generation boards.

The 4 should be ok, but it will run as a 32 bit OS of course, not that there is much to be gained from 64 bit.
