It can be me, but is the new solar setting only in the inifile or does it also have an interface component.
I seem to have lost (can't find

) the old solar settings like turbidity etc... (it's been so long I set those, that I forgot about it).

Let me guess: it is something specific for Davis and has nothing to do with Ecowitt?

Hi Hans,
The only settings I am aware of are in Station Settings > Solar.
Other than the addition by Mark for options in Solar calculation method, and the recent RS Transmission change, it is much like the original settings in Cumulus1.
Enjoy,
Paul

I thought so but that solar setting has disappeared, possibly earlier but in any case now in 3160.
It simply is not there.
And yes, I copied all files from the distribution to the installation.

Are you talking of something different?
Enjoy,
Paul

I get that same setting page in all my CMX but using Windows 10. The only difference in b3160 and test is the RS Transmission factor now is separate for July and December.
Enjoy,
Paul

Yes. So the interface has been modified slightly and there seems to be an issue with that on the RPi.
If I am the only one with the problem I'll have to review the installation.

OK, so two RPi's have it working. Fair enough.

OK: See screen shots below. This occurs both in FF and Chrome.
I reinstalled twice: after unzip by plain copy from my PC through WinSCP and by my own InstallCMX.exe.
It is just what I always dis so many times.
I emptied the cache, refreshed and yelled at it. Nada.
Any better suggestions?
Why does it come with an XML error while loading a json? Is it a machine setting wrong?

And in the debugger I get:
Schermafbeelding 2021-12-22 201316.jpg
which at least shows why I don't see anything (the solar div has
display: none)
So now is the queation: why do I get
display: none on solar?

No idea about the XML error - does the Network tab decode the JSON in the response "preview"?
Normally if the JSON is malformed (I know I get it wrong sometimes adding new stuff) the page will not display the form at all - the library code is picky on format.

Ah!
In StationOptions,json, line 1339...
to
Code: Select all
"stationid": [0,1,4,7,10,11,12,13,14,15]
