Cumulus Support

Hello,
I have connected it to Cumulus MX, all looks good on the CMD window. No errors or dodgy configs.

But there is no data being displayed on the 'dashboard' or 'now' tabs, however, data is being displayed on the 'Today/Yesterday' and 'Records' tabs.

I have attached some screenshots.

Can you open your browser dev tools (press F12), then open the Now page.

Look for any errors on Network tab of the dev tools.

It sounds like the web sockets connection is not opening for some reason (that provides the updating data on the main dashboard and now pages).
