It's two months since you last ran Cumulus, but now it won't download the data since you last ran it? Could you zip up the diags folder and attach it please?

I had the pogram running on Vista 64 and have zipped up the Diags folder. I have installed Windows 7 today and reinstalled Cumulus and it will not download all of the data from the device and the memory is half full

I can't match the files to what you're saying. There are start ups from 17th Dec to 23rd Dec, and it seems to have downloaded all of the logger entries each time. You closed it down at 09:14 on 23rd and haven't run it since.

I wonder if your problem is that you haven't installed to the same place as before, or are running it differently now (elevated before, not afterwards, or vice versa) and hence Virtualization is causing your files to be in a different place now. That would tie in with you saying that you have run it today but there being no corresponding diags file in what you've sent me.

I went away for the holiday, hence no login since the 23rd...
I reinstalled the application in the same please each time and ran it in the same configuration. What I have been trying to do is wipe the whole program from my PC, reinstall and get it to recover the whole history stored in the device, and I haven't been able to do that. I looked in the Wiki link that you sent and in there there is an entry to amend the date in the .ini file to fool it into downloading data from a previous time?

Yes; if you're effectively starting from scratch and want it to download the 'old' logger data you need to edit the 'timestamp' in today.ini:
