ProData not answering phone [Resolved]

@prodata,

This is an attempt to contact ProData as the phone is not being answered and an email hasn’t been acknowledged.

There’s no voice message - the call is simply terminated. Nothing on the website to indicate any issues. I’m trying to speak to someone before I place an order. It seems impossible. Surely an option to leave a message should be available. Or if everyone is out of the office can’t calls be transferred to a mobile?

I sent them a email (sales@weatherstations.co.uk) this morning, and got a reply within the hour.

Ian, I sent mine to sales@prodata.co.uk. I’ve had an email from them with the new address.

I’ve heard back from them this morning and they don’t know why the calls to their landline number weren’t answered. Strange.

That's good. I ordered something from them late Thursday, and it arrived this afternoon. So all good here.

Ordered replacement ISS Friday morning and it arrived this morning. Should be going up tomorrow.
