I don't know if this is related, but I've seen low battery warnings for my Ecowitt WH32 Temp/humidity sensor even with brand new lithium AA batteries. As it turned out, the reason was a poorly chosen location for the transmitter, facing AWAY from the receiver. The Ecowitt app showed a connected symbol, but no bars. Once I moved the transmitter to face TOWARDS the receiver, I got 4 bars and the battery status was back to normal.

Certainly worth a check. It comes and goes and may be related to slight variations in actual/reported battery voltages.

just seen my

2022-07-17 09:46:23.357 WLL WARNING: Backup battery voltage is low = 5.39V

but ive put new battery in but the error still there ?

The battery voltage on the WLL is refreshed every 15 minutes, and do you have a latch time on the alarm?
