Cumulus Website Widget

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Cumulus Website Widget

Post by aonghusob »

Hi all,

I am hoping to add a widget to our school website to display our weather feed.

Do you have any recommendations on how to go about this? I have limited expertise using Cumulus MX.

Kind regards

When you say "Widget" on the website, do you mean a small box containing required data as a snapshot as opposed to a full page.

If that's the case you could have the people who manage the site drop something in with the banner.php code that's available somewhere.

These are a few examples of how I've used it in different forms.

As a Banner

As a page for my Galaxy Watch

As a Page to suit the Kindle
