b3154 reports "upgrade available"

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

b3154 reports "upgrade available"

I did a fresh install of the latest build 3.1.8 (b3154) and the dashboard reports "Upgrade Available" next to a green dot. Does the green dot mean that an upgrade is NOT available? if so, might be be better to say nothing or say "no upgrade available"? If not, where do I find the upgrade?

Hi there you are upto date. The green button shows this, if it was red an upgrade is available.
