Color learning aid request

Hi Steve,
I was wondering if it were possible to change the color of the outside temps depending on what temp it is outside. I am just referring to the numbers in the boxes relating to the temperature outside nothing extravagant. I work with some mentally challenged individuals and we us a thermometer that has color bar on the side for example 90 or higher would be red and then the color would get cooler as you progress down in temp saying that any temp after 32 would be light blue. This is only a request actually more interested if this can be done. Sometimes it's easier to use colors to get jackets or coats on.
