Infrequently but from time to time CummulusMX loses communicate with my National Geographic (Fine Offset) .
Would be possible to put the time at which this response is issued to help with tracking down issues like radio frequency interference (I am an amateur radio operator)
"Looking for Fine Offset station
Fine Offset station found
Connected to station"

I believe this message is logged in the log files in the MXdiags folder, complete with time of occurrence.

Thank you - yes the details are there.
However, it would be helpful if the time was given in the CummulusMX.exe window - at a quick glance it inform the user of the time the statement was issued reducing the effort needed to sift through the various MXdiags files

That's a very station-specific request. Cumulus MX supports many different station makes and models. There is an alarm that you can be set to be triggered when MX stops receiving data from the station. You could use that functionality to alert you - perhaps by using the email facility. That way you will have the time of the email for reference.

In the old version (1.9.x) the time was given and it was very useful to see at a glance what time the issue occurred.
I presume that in the CummulusMX.exe window that the same or similar looking for/connecting, etc. information is provided for all types of stations. Or is this incorrect?

After "normal Running" my understanding is that process is disconnected until you make it the focus window and type Ctrl C to stop MX, so there is no way to connect to that window within CumulsMX.
It is not like the old Cumulus with a Window generated by the .exe.

The way it works here is that there are is after "Normal Running" each time there a reading that cannot be made from the station console there is a statement like the following in CummulusMX.exe window
Looking for Fine Offset station
Fine Offset station found
Connected to station
So there could be a series after "Normal running" like this
Looking for Fine Offset station
Fine Offset station found
Connected to station
Looking for Fine Offset station
Fine Offset station found
Connected to station
Looking for Fine Offset station
Fine Offset station found
Connected to station
It would be helpful if a time stamp was put perhaps after or before "Look for xxx" OR "Connected to station" OR both. This would allow the user to identify which MXdiags file(s) to look in for more details
Perhaps like this
TimeStamp - Looking for XXXX
TimeStamp- XXXX station found
TimeStamp - Connected to station
