Snow!

Post by cats_five »

Woke up this morning and the world is white - we have had 3-4 inches on top of what was already lying! It has warmed up outside as well, though the Met Office synoptics look like it will get colder (below freezing again) later on.

Should I knock the snow off the sensors or just leave it?

Yes -- I find that if I leave the temp. gauge covered in snow I do not get the best reading

This was mine the other day

Guys (and gals) be gentle when 'knocking' the snow off the sensors as the plastic they are made of becomes quite fragile at those low/freezing temperatures... :(
