Cumulusmx does not update the web if the internet goes down and then comes back

Hello, I have Cumulusmx updated to the latest version 3147. I have observed that after having some internet cut, when the internet recovered, cumulus kept updating my web page, it has happened to me 2 times that it no longer recovers and I have to restart it.
I have recreated the situation, unplugged the fiber cable from the ont. Which means that the wired or Wi-Fi network is still working. What I don't have is an internet outlet. But cumulus keeps getting data from the weather station, and I can access its web site localhost: 8998.
The only way to update the web again is by restarting cumulusmx.
I am sure that before this did not happen because I had breakdowns and Cumulusmx to have internet again recovered by itself and returned to update the web without touching anything.
