I had a crash of the system that the VM resides in that runs Cumulus MX.
I've realised that when I look at the webpage, it shows no accumulated rain for this year or this month.
When I look at the data files, I can see rainfall entries. I have tried pulling in backup files to no success.
Is there a way to get Cumulus to re read all the years datafiles to rebuild all the data that it is using to generate the webpage?
Stuart

It seems that I have managed to solve the problem by renaming today.ini, yesterday.ini, month.ini, year.ini and alltime.ini and letting it rebuild them on restart.

Re: Cumulus MX not reporting accumulated rain in webpage
Does it really rebuild those files by reading all monthly datafiles present?
That is interesting!

All I know is that the data is now displaying properly. It appears to have rebuilt them. I haven't compared them to see what the difference is. It has definitely recreated them. Not sure if it is by pulling them in from the backup folder, or recreating them from scratch. It did seem to happen very quickly.

No it doesn't. It will recreate the files, but they will only contain records from that point onwards.
