Console, Gauges, Feels Like - unexpected temp

Just changed the cumulus.exe only to latest version (3.13.2 - build 3147)(made copy of Cumulus folder as always do for backup). Since Mark advised in release notes that this if the only thing changed in this release. Thank you sir 
Noticed on "Gauges" pages of the web console that "Feels Like" was reading -20 (deg C). Odd considering the outside temp was 14.
Reverted back the cumulus.exe to previous version and found same result.
The "Now" page of console shows "Feels Like" of 14.1. This is in line with what I would expect.
The other drop down options of temp selection work fine, just the feels like.
Will do a bit more hunting to see if I can narrow it down. Maybe something do with the math in gauegs.js? Yet to test an earlier version of the interface, prior to the drop down temp selection as opposed to the radio button option selection.
