Rollover timing of web tag changes

Does the webtag <#metdate> change on rollover before the rollover database query occurs or after?

The #metdate web tag is just derived from the clock time. So as the MySQL processing takes place after the rollover time (all processing is started at the instant of rollover), it will have the the following days value.
