data refresh on index.htm

I monitor two sites. My own www.geoffwebber.co.uk/weather and this one www.charlesdowding.co.uk/weather/index.htm.

On my site moving between the various pages and returning to index.htm will see a refresh of the data (if a new upload has been sent by MX)
The other site (which is a complete copy of mine in terms of pages etc) does not refresh the data when landing on the index page.

The charlesdowding site is hosted on a different server to mine and has proper IT support.

I have an idea this is a caching issue, but I need to be able to point the IT support person in the correct direction as to what needs top be changed on their servers.

Can anyone help please.

Thanks

It refreshes for me - at least if I return to the page after the 5 minute update has happened.

Hello

I had the same problem I found a solution by including as below in the index page.html.

<head>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="TRUE">
</head>
<body>

Please don't use META refresh, it is a really bad way of refreshing a page.
