Realtime.txt

Hello all this morning I updated cumulus max to latest version and now realtime.txt stoped updating. I also tried to go to setting/ MySQL and creat real-time file from there. I get this answer
Error: Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts.

You probably did not update all files. The database dll has changed.
You might want to use the
multiplatform installer.

Hello and thanks. I did run the tool, still same i also tried to downgrade to CumulusMXDist3054 but i get same error with that to.
Error: Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts.
What i can remeber i never touch anything of the mysql stuff.

I am not really sure a downgrade from 3132 to 3054 will just work like that. Huge difference between the two.
But maybe Mark can shed a light on this.
And beside that: the installation tool does not delete files so old files simply remain (assuming when no longer used they won't disturb)

Could you zip up your latest logfile from the MXdiags folder in your distribution and attach it to a reply to this topic, please.

Sorry for very late reply, been allot of work here. There is a few logfiles in MXdiags hope this is the one you asking for.

Do you actually have a MySQL database server?
I'm not sure what the connection is between realtime.txt and MySQL.
The interval files are uploading OK, but it does not look like any real time files have been configured for upload.
Can you screen shot your Realtime Interval settings under Internet Settings?
It should look like this...

I been running cumulus since 2016 but I do not understand much about it so I probably don’t have
I just updated to last version and realtime stoped updating. I just looked at the settings from your post and checked the boxes that was not checked. Let’s hope it start working again
