Wrong data for Slovenian locale

My site shows wrong data, after new mono version uses different date entry. In older versions it was 23.05.2021 now it is 23. 05. 2021 (space after dot). So Saratoga template shows all weather data in wrong way, also data in world weather network is wrong. Any solution how to deal with this problem? Some months back I have just set locale to Slovakian, but now there is a problem with slightly different month names, resulting in different CumulusMX log files.
