Hi
Is it possible to add an option in NOAA reports setup to switch between integration and (hi + low) / 2 mean temp calculation method the way weatherlink does in its setup ??
Thanks

Just out of interest: why would you want to have that?

I have that option in WL. I would like it in MX too. I know some people that would like to have that option.

Yes, i understand. But why? Surely the integral is the better estimator of the mean.

Some people make the averages like that (several years) with WL software or collecting manually max/min temperatures of the day and it would be interesting to have that option in MX too. Just for continuity.

This option, to choose which way means are calculated, is in the next MX release, 3.12.0

Hi
Thanks for including that option
Meanwhile I've managed with a PHP script running just after midnight rollover/generations to generate a new report from the just created Cumulus one including the HI/LO besides the integration method:

https://meteoarchena.es/informes%20NOAA/NOAAYR2021.txt
So I can compare both methods at the same time
