How to kill the solar graph upload

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

How to kill the solar graph upload

Post by TRB »

My WS uploads every 5 minutes and that comprises nearly 5 megs of data.

At times I am close to my ISP data quota limit and this month ran over.

I don't use solar and the solardata.json file is over half a meg so I want to kill that upload.

In FAQs I found and implemented suggested solar T.htm file edits but my solar uploads remain.

I must have missed doing something and would appreciate guidance from any interested guru :)

If you are on the latest release Build 3121 then Settings / Web/FTP Settings / Interval Settings / Graph File Settings and untick the ones you do not want.

Thanks David but...

Have already been there and solar not listed, but I'm still on 3094 as I have personally tailored some MX files and been reluctant to upgrade and having to redo my mods.

OK not in that release, if you want the option you will have to upgrade I am afraid. It works as I have no solar so it is not uploaded.
