Does it work? Yes it does. Only you need to regenerate the website completely (so, use website without thrifty) and that is not as it should be I guess.
Working with timezones and DST in javascript alone is a bit of a pain but I think the time has come to work on this. So you can expect a modification when I find a workable, correct and smooth solution in javascript. For the time being you will have to regenerate the website in full. Sorry for the trouble
