Hi there
I encountered since the last update (CumulusMXDist3121) that the Gauges on the Website does not update anymore, also the forecast , it just counts the seconds and it shows error
on the local host it looks all ok.
you can check it here: wetter.haf.name
Thanks for Feedback
Cheers

looks like there is no realtimegauges.txt on you website for the gauges.htm to display the data. do you have realtimegauges.txt enabled in the settings?

thanks. I can see it is failing on the realtimegauge.txt
Code: Select all

2021-03-25 07:39:24.817 SFTP[1]: Error! Local file not found, aborting upload: web\realtimegauges.txt

2021-03-25 07:39:39.457 Realtime[2]: Uploading - realtimegauges.txt

2021-03-25 07:39:54.457 SFTP[3]: Error! Local file not found, aborting upload: web\realtimegauges.txt
so is realtimegauges.txt and realtimegaugesT.txt in your \CumulusMX\web folder? sounds like the template is missing or corrupt possibly.

the web folder on you cumulusMX server needs to be populations with the web folder (and its templates) so it can process any templates and then send the values to your web server.
I would not suggest deleting the folder but adding the realtimegauageT.txt (from the 3.10.4 install zip) in to the \web\ folder on the CumulusMX server.
then CumulusMX can process this file, and create a realtimegauges.txt file to then FTP to your webserver.
if the file is still showing " SFTP[1]: Error! Local file not found, aborting upload: web\realtimegauges.txt"
then the file is either corrupt/locaked and needs to be regenerated, or has the wrong permissions on the file.
so delete web\realtimegauges.txt, restart CumulusMX too and then look at the logs to see if it is still erroring on that file and if it recreated the file.
Check: does a realtimegauagesT.txt file in \web of the cumulus Server
check is there a realtimeguages.txt file in \web of the cumulus Server (check for hidden files too)
what permissions are on realtimegauagesT.txt / realtimeguages.txt
what file size/time/date are these two files? realtime and realtimegauge files will be updated every 15 seconds or so.
