For the NOAA monthly report I have enabled a comparison using Max temp comparison 2.

On the report it is showing the reverse ie Number of days under this temperature. Max temp comparison 1 is working as expected.

February report:
Max >= 27.0 8
Max <= 32.0 28
Min <= 5.0 0
Min <= 0.0 0

(Definitely didn't have 28 days above 32). Attached is a screenshot of the Threshold settings.

The report 2nd line says "max temp is LESS THAN or equal to 32".

However the boiler plate in the help text for settings field is wrong.

No problem, that is why the default is zero C, to count all days with a max temp below freezing.
