@vpokroglo: It seems to me that in 2011 there is a variation in missing data (the semicolons on the end vary from 5 to 11 or 12 missing values). That in itself is surprising but all in all, I don't quickly see an error in the file itself (on the eye so that does not really count). The stackdump you supply in your first post does not give a line nr so it I think it is now to Mark to look at it and decide what the cause is here (indeed your first date observation in 9999 is a bit weird).
Mark seems quite busy at the moment but no doubt he'll pick it up.

And btw: I checked the dayfile with my own check (CUtils) and there does not seem to be a problem with the content of the file. So definitely something to check for Mark.

OK, I see the problem, it has to do with your date separators, I will create a new release to fix this...
