Max yearly rain and Average Yearly rain

I may be missing something but I have searched the Wiki (Webtags) and the inifiles and I can't find the maximum (record) yearly rainfall nor can I find the calculated average yearly rainfall. Is that correct?

And if that is correct, would it not be a nice idea to introduce those two webtags?

the latest webtags.txt doesnt have hardly any average * data. if thats the case, then we need more than just avg yearly rainfall.

for all, just add: ListWebTags=1 to cumulus.ini, restart cumulus for an uptodate webtag list. (webtags.txt)
