Error while uploading to FTP

Hi there
after installing Cumulus MX 3.10.2 (build 3117) the automated FTP upload does not work.
Manual access via FTP Tool no issue.
Upload needed files as in description to webspace
Cumulus runs on VM Win10 64bit, (on Synology ) Firewall all disabled ( just in case, also not work)
Station WH1080 connected via USB
when checking local Website all working fine, error only appears when uploading.
FTP Log enclosed
Any hint?

Which version did you upgrade from?
The SFTP is connecting, but as soon as Cumulus tries to use the connection to upload it has already been closed (and the SFTP connection discarded - "The SFTP object is disposed").

Could you try adding a valid real time FTP file as well please, just to test if the real time connection has the same issue.

One more thing, the transfer is not find the file "web\websitedata.json"
This is odd, because it it is configured for FTP it must be configured to creation.
Can you check....
1. Your Internet Settings, the websitedata.json is configured for both generation and FTP.
2. The contents of your \web folder, that the websitedataT.json is present
3. The contents of your \web folder, that the websitedata.json file is being created, and the timestamp is correct.

Hi there
I had the old Cumulus installed, which i completly deleted also from the FTP Host
enclosed pics
I do a real time ftp, what do I need to test?

Can you make sure both debug and datal FTP logging are enabled. Let it run for an update interval, and then attach your latest MXdiags file please.

In your Interface settings page, do you have Internet Settings > Web/FTP Settings > General Settings > FTP Rename, and Internet Settings > Web/FTP Settings > General Settings > Delete before upload ticked? If so, you could try with it unticked.

no change at all

Did you restart MX after making the changes? I think that you may have to with that particular option (I could be wrong, though!)

If anything, SFTP handling has been improved recently so I'm not sure installing an older version will make a difference. I'll leave it to @mcrossley to comment further.

Still the same issue

i'm just curious as to why its reporting "no such file"
