v3.10.0 - NOAA Year report does not generate

Not sure the pm is working, I just tried to send a test and it remains in the outbox rather than the sent items

The only lines relevant to NOAA reports in the log are :-

It may show more at midnight when it tries to do the rollover.

The MX diags is attached. The monthly report generated OK and the yearly report failed with the same error message

I have found the issue, it will be fixed in the next release.

That is how phpBB works. It's best to see it as "Unread messages" and "Read messages" rather than "Outbox" and "Sent messages".

I have just seen the new release (build 3117), down loaded and updated data and .ini files, both NOAA reports now work perfectly.
