Upgrading from Cumulus Cumulus MX 3.9.4 (build 3099) to 3.9.7 (build 3107)

I have made major changes to my system over recent months, but everything seems settled and running smoothly so I have suddenly become quite nervous about the simple process upgrading from Cumulus Cumulus MX 3.9.4 (build 3099) to 3.9.7 (build 3107)
.
What common sense tells me is to follow the process below that I recall using with Cumulus 1 over the years.
1: Download and unzip the upgrade 3.9.7 (build 3107) to a folder.
2: Turn off Cumulus
3: Rename the old Cumulus Folder CumulusMXOLD
4: Copy the new CumulusMX folder to the C: drive.
5: Copy the content of the
“Data”,
“Backup”
and “MXutils” folders from the CumulusMXOLD folder to the new CumulusMX folder.
6: Copy the "cumulus.ini" file from CumulusMXOLD to the new CumulusMX folder
7: Restart!
Would this result in a successful update?
