Cumulus Support

Really sorry to be back here again but I can't get my 'Historic Charts' to show anything (locally or on the web), and nothing on the 'Selectachart' on the web.

I have just updates to v3.9.7 (3107).

I have spotted that I'll have to accept all the new 'Template' web files, rather than reuse my own amended versions, I'll do those later.

But what else to I need to manually upload or change to get things working again?

Quick update, managed to get the 'Recent Select a Chart' working but still no joy with 'Historic Charts' either locally or on my web page.


Any thoughts?

Trying to figure out what's changed.

Errors are related to the .wlk file conversion where the rainfall rates were recorded as '-8323.1' and the rainfall rate time as '34:07'. These values are consistent in every .wlk conversion from 2000 to Dec 2020.

Is this the reason why I can't generate a 'Historic Chart'?

This error says it all. 34:07 isn't a valid time, so cannot be parsed into the object that will represent it internally in the program. I'm surprised MX hasn't choked on these before. You will need to change these to a real time.

Yes that seems to be it. Just checked previous diagnostic logs and nothing like that reported.

The graphs also generated without any issues.

I shall set myself a target of trying to update the records. May remove the old stuff and work backwards adding the corrected ones back in.

3107 bug?

I have 3107 installed and running:

Cumulus MX v.3.9.7 build 3107
Working Dir: C:\CumulusMX\
Today.ini = data\today.ini
Last update=2021-02-10T18:30:00
Connected to station

(Replace * with any IP address on this machine, or localhost)

When I bring up the Dashboard "Upgrade Available" is Green and no hyperlink is active.

Green means no update. Red flashing means update.
