From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).
Is it correct that CumulusMx wont do an initial FTP upload until some (long) time after startup. Reason I ask is that MX runs on a PC that sleeps mostly but is able to be woken using a Wake on Lan ping. Cumulus 1 used to update the web files on the upload frequency immediately but it seems MX won't. MX will happily update the realtimeguages.txt on a 1 minute trigger (although its set to 15 seconds) but I can't get MX to trigger for the other files. In fact I am pretty sure its been longer than an hour and still no update to the (eg) index and todays htm files . I can of course trigger a manual FTP upload and that works fine.
Thanks
Denis

My realtime is set to 30 (seconds), but seems to update every minute with the upload set to 3 (minutes). It still hasn't been updated after 2 or so hours.
Sadly leaving the pc running 24/7 isn’t an option for me so it seems like upgrading to MX is not going to be an option and I may have to stick with Cumulus 1 which catered for the host system sleeping. I would happily restart MX on wake but if it’s going to wait a long time before generating the files and doing an upload then it’s not going to resolve my problem.
Cumulus 1 can shut itself down on hibernate and on wake up then it can be restarted and catch up from the data logger. Either way I've been working on my PC for over 90 minutes and MX hasn't refreshed itself or the web pages despite the update rate being set to 2 minutes. Is there any way I can find out if the timer trigger is being lost ?
