notifications certainty

I did send out some PM's which appear still in the outbox meaning they are not read.
Are we sure the notifications are send?

Do you mean email notifications or the little flag notifications that appear on the forum? If it's the former, I haven't had a bounce notification since my ISP corrected its DNS records at about 1300 UTC on 15 January 2021 - so email notifications should be working. For the latter, nothing has changed in the forum configuration so flag notifications should be working.
If you would like to PM me detail of username and date/time PM sent then I can check precise time notification emails were accepted by the recipient's email server.
