You don't need to - you just install the new one over the old one (take a backup first) and it uses the same data.

Hmm... know anything about solid-fuel Rayburns which have been converted to use oil-fired pressure jet burners?

Ok 2 questions here .................
1 How do I install one "Over" the other????
&
2, Yeah I know LOADS about pressure jet burners on Aga Rayburns!!!!........... Usually Small Reillo burners, but could be rebadged to Eco Flam or Gursh or Even EOGB ( Electro oil Gas burners)
Give me the type, Problem, what it "sounds" like when burning (I.E is it "fluffing") & owt else you need & I'll come up with an Answer................Done this since I was 16 years old & now I'm 53!!!!........Not alot gets past me these days!!!

Just run the installer, it will install to the same place and overwrite the old files but leave your data intact (but as I say, take a backup!).

I think it's a Unigas, but can get more details tomorrow (off to bed now). Most days it won't start; it depends on the wind speed and direction (so the weather station comes in handy!). It fires, then sort of hesitates half on/off for a while (is that "fluffing"?), a relay in the control box clicks a few times, and then the reset button pops out. On windy days it works much better.

OK steve All updated now.......Cheers Mate...........I finally realised what was wrong, I stupidly renamed the download to C1-189 & it obviously created another programme instead of over-writing the 188 version
Please see my "Info for Steve" thread ref your Aga problem
