Cumulus Support

Hi ! and thanks to read my post.

I have been using Cumulus1.9.4 for many years now, and I have always been happy because the WEB UPDATE on my site.altervista.org worked perfectly.
It hasn't worked for some time. I tried to load MX too but nothing to do ...
Where did I go wrong ?
I use a Technoline WS2350 (LaCrosse) station, Windows 10, and the site is on ALTERVISTA.org

I entered the site data correctly:
Hostname: ftp.mysite.altervista.org
FTP Port: 21
Directory: (empty)
Username: mysite
Password: mypassword.
Auto Update (ON)
Has anyone had the same problem?
If I click on File> Web Update, the update is successful ....
Some idea ?

I'd check with your web hosting company, many of them are switching off FTP and only allowing SFTP.

But when I force the update of the ftp transfer, all is ok..... Only the autoupdate is not running.....

FTP

Host: ftp.mysite.altervista.org
Port: 21
Userid: (mysite)
Password: (mypassword)
Mode: passive (PASV)
Criptation: None or TLS esplicit

I've try to change the software with the last release of MX, but also whit this no update data....

Please turn on FTP and debug logging. Let it run for an update or two, then zip up and attach the ftp log and latest MXdiags log file.
