Yes - basically it takes the 'station' pressure and corrects it by inserting that and your altitude into the standard formula. It does rather assume that your station barometer is reasonably accurate and the altitude that you have entered into Cumulus is accurate.

"Altimeter pressure" as required by CWOP is the same as "QNH" on that page.
