My historical graph stops at september 2015, where does this data come from?
In my data sub directory i see all the data files from 2010 til 2020 so i wonder wher does the historic graph gets his data from.

The obvious I see is that your dayfile has incorrect data for Heating degree days starting 15-08-15 (field 41)

And that is because you did not correct them all. There are more lines.
Your current locale is set to a date format dd-mm-yy while in 2015 apparently you changed to some other locale and then changing back again.
This breaks the read. You must fix them all.

The file is not consistent. Many days skipped, doubled, strange numbers. I must say that I don't understand the huge number for the Heating Degree Days either. But I am not sure it breaks on those. You also have high and low dewpoints of -48.

So: in summary I would say there are multiple errors in the dayfile. I can't explain them but I would say there is work to do to get those corrected. You might start with the dayfile editor to see how that one reads the file and shows the numbers.

btw: If I looked at the graphs today and I see it runs all the way back to 2009. So apparently some repairs you did did work.
But it also shows that you you have some weird numbers. Your records page shows the same.
