System.Drawing Error

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

System.Drawing Error

Post by alexlc13 »

I started having trouble with my computer late last night. Windows automatically fixed some files and performed a scandisk, fixing some more errors along the way. But now Cumulus won't load. It's giving me a missing System.Drawing error. I have attached the MXDiags folder. Thanks for any help you can provide.

It looks like a system file has been removed from your system. I'd try running a repair or reinstall of .Net framework 4.5.2

And to be honest, if you have errors like the ones you describe it may be a good idea to buy a spare disk immediately - before the new year - and make a copy of the existing situation before it crashes all together. My experience with this type of behaviour does not promise any good.

Thank you, that worked. After trying many ways to fix the .NET files, the best way was to run "cmd" as admin, and then run "sfc /scannow".

Thanks, HansR. I'll get that done ASAP.
