I have several years of data on Wundergound as a result of previous weather stations.
Is it possible to import FROM Wunderground INTO CumulusMX ?

Re: Import FROM Wunderground
Yes you can. I had the same issues when I started CMX in August 2020. I had 7 years data on Wunderground which I transfered month by month to an excel spread sheet. You need to organise the headers in the same order as the CMX dayfile and align the Wunderground basic data temp, dew point, humidity and wind speed noting that the dates are used in the dd/mm/yy format. This saved excel sheet is then resaved as a csv file without the headers. You then open the CSV file in notepad to obtain a .txt file which can then be inserted into the dayfile.txt in CMX.
It is a rather long winded process especially since the Wunderground data exports as a text file and each column needs to be split to remove the units. However it worked for me and on checking the CMX ini file any import errors can be corrected. Don't forget to save your CMX original file to have a backup point.
