Activating/Deactivating AirLink

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Activating/Deactivating AirLink

I noticed that Enabling/Disabling an AirLink sensor requires a restart of of CMX.
The only difference than is the sending the HTML request link and receiving a response.
Is that restart by design and really necessary or can is it a bug and should it be done by just toggling the 'enable' and saving the ini-file? That would have my preference just like the debugging toggles.

By design at the moment, enabling/disabling on the fly would require quite a bit more work as MX instantiates the station objects at startup, and there are interactions between the AirLink and the WLL station type.
