Keep / Update rain records before update
What do I need to do to get MX to keep the current daily / montly / yearly rain totals before updating to a new version, as each time I do this it resets to zero. Is there an easy way to find this imformation to edit it post-update?

Re: Keep / Update rain records before update
It is stored in the data files, hence should transfer over between updates. I've updated lots of times and it always transfers over. I know this is of little help to your predicament, but should serve as a pointer that something is probably not quite correct with your setup, rather than there being a bug in MX.

Hmm, thanks. I thought it was odd, pretty sure it used to a while back. Anyone have any ideas what to look for?

How do you update each release as that may have something to do with your problem i.e. update existing directory, build a new one and unzip into it etc.

I've just been overwriting the updated files as advised in the update thread, everything else stays the same.
