NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
My NOAA reports don't seem to be saving / uploading to my website any more, since the start of the year apparently. I hadn't changed any settings to my knowledge. Any ideas on what to check / how to fix this?

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
Are they being saved on your MX computer? I think they are stored in the Reports folder. I think that should be your first thing to check.

They no longer appear to be being saved there either.

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
While you're in there, something else bad has since happened since the 31st October and now Cumulus MX doesn't appear to be giving me any data from my station at all, either through the interface or uploads to websites.

Hmm, it's developing, now it says it can't find the station...

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
Could you switch on debug logging and repost your MXdiags file?
Also this needs correcting:

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
So I rechecked the dayfile, and the only thing I noticed about line 150 (4th one below) was that it goes from 31st April, skips May and starts in June.
29/04/10,34.2,315,22:53,13.6,04:00,17.1,12:11,1006.9,14:58,1017.4,00:15,10.8,05:04,18.3,14.6,180.2,28.5,22:59,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
30/04/10,40.3,315,08:14,12.5,06:20,18.0,15:07,1007.1,03:16,1011.0,21:44,0.0,00:00,0.0,14.5,464.2,31.6,09:11,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
31/04/10,35.6,315,12:37,12.9,22:01,17.7,09:16,1009.9,00:40,1019.7,22:54,7.2,13:37,5.1,14.4,376.0,29.8,09:50,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

03/06/10,30.6,135,15:06,12.4,06:59,20.8,15:04,1021.0,23:52,1025.5,09:31,10.8,17:33,11.1,16.0,234.7,27.5,14:10,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
On further pondering I realised there is no 31st April (even in a leap year!) and went back up the file to discover the prvious month was also April, so as far as I can tell I may have edit/replaced what were dashed dates eg 31-05-10 to slashed dates but have replaced the -05- with a -04-. So I've now fixed this up.

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
OK, so this seems to have been somewhat resolved by my last edits, however I only seem to get some data (or none at all for some days) in:
http://dazz.iridiumhost.com/pws/NOAAstyle.html
September
October
November
Thinking the November data loss is because Cumulus MX hadn't been able to connect to station / run properly for the last few days, is there any way I can find this missing data to repair the NOAA reports?
Also, I'm now receiving some data from the station, but the temperature is incorrect. Not sure if my last mxdiags had the debugs turned on as it doesn't seem to allow me to save any settigns now. :/

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
Is there a way to invoke debug other than through the interface? I tried a few times now and it just won't save any changes, but only in the station settings page. Each setting's title is showing in red for some reason...

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
OK, so for some reason I had to change the Davis connection settings, I'd never done this before because I don't have a Davis station. Has something changed in a recent update? I should now be able to upload debug mxdiags when I get time...

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
The debug shows both the reports being created at midnight, and then the next FTP cycle says it is uploading them, but nothing after that.
You will need to turn on FTP logging as well please.
Also you have a number of "extra files" that are set to be copied to a folder starting "www/..." that does not exist. Are those supposed to have FTP enabled rather be be local file copies?

Re: NOAA reports stopped being saved / uploaded
Not sure, It was also set up years ago, I think some are supposed to be local that are processed and then get uploaded to my website.
