Cumulus Support

Good afternoon, I need your help.
After several days trying to connect my station also to Weathercloud with the Cumulus program, I succeeded today. What happens to me now is that the station is connected, but it does not send any data. It only gets a temperature error of -18ºC and does not update anything else. I need help.

Hi,
Are you using Cumulus1 to send to WC, and if so have you installed the special third-party script, and extra web files added for Cumulus to process, etc..
CumulusMX has the WC uploads built in so that third-party program is not needed for CMX.

Could you explain in more detail? I use the Cumulus program for ease even though I know it is already out of date. Thank you very much.
However, I have been using the Cumulus program for years to upload data to another platform and it has never given me any problems. So, it has to be something from the configuration to upload to Weathercloud and not from the Cumulus program.

Ok, you are using Cumulus1 with the extra WeatherCloud program.

Does the latest weathercloud_realtime.txt file have current data?
Is there any helpful information in the WeatherCloudLogger-log.txt file?
