Please zip up your mxdiags folder and post here. not much to go on with your statement.

Sorry - that was a direct extract from the MXDiags file. Full folder zipped is attached.

firstly it is advised to upgrade to 3.8.3 build 3093 due to issues with 3.8.2 and Davis stations.

the error:

suggest the mysql operation to that ip address is being blocked. either username and/or password is incorrect, or that the username/pwd does not have access to the database using those credentals. (ie username@ipaddress)

you also have an issue with this file and it being missing.

Thanks - I updated, saw the error then rolled back a version.

Looking at the logs more closely shows that this may have been going on for a while - for some reason it showed up in the Cumulus window when I launched b3093. Installing b3093 again it does not show this error in the window - but it is in the logs.

Checking with my web site provider.

Thanks for reporting this, though the issue is with your access the unhandled exception should not happen. I have found the issue in the "catch up" code, and will fix it for the next release.
