Realtime.txt not Uploading

I noticed yesterday my realtime.txt and all other files that are normally uploaded to my web site stopped updating. I was using Cumulus MX 3.6.12 - b3088 but today i updated to the latest version 3.8.2 - b3092 but the problem persist. The first time I started the new version there was an error which requested I post the MXdiag files. They are attached. The error for uploading the realtime.txt indicates there is "No such file". The file does exist and is constantly updating. Any help in resolving this issue would be most appreciated.
Thanks!
Ed

That error appears to be coming from the server, though it isn't obvious. You get a "file does not exist" error if it cannot find the local file. Eg. you have the error...
Interval: Warning, extra web file[10] not found - C:\Users\Ed Michaels\ocuments\CumulusMX\data\Jun19log.txt
I'd check out your server for any changes. Eg. Have they changed the default root FTP folder? Have any of the folder permissions changed.
If you cannot see anything obvious, then ask your hosting company to investigate from their end, the server logs should show the problem.

Hi Mark-
I worked with tech support of my hosting service today but they could not find any change in the default root FTP folder. The folder permissions are unchanged (755). They did not see any issues in the server logs. The login credentials seem to work since Cumulus is connecting to the server. I'm using the same credentials to FTP radar images (grlevel3 software) to the server without issue. The only change on my weather computer was installing the latest version of Cumulus MX. So at this point I'm stuck.

It looks like there is a typo in
C:\Users\Ed Michaels\ocuments\CumulusMX\data\Jun19log.txt
Thee is a D missing from Documents in the path.

When you updated to the latest build did you do an in-place update and retain your Cumulus.ini?
One log shows it is failing to connect using SFTP on port 22. But then it connects after 6 retries, which is a little odd.
Can I confirm your host definitely uses SFTP (and not FTPS), and they use the default port 22 (many don't).
Do they support other FTP protocols like FTPS, or plain old FTP? If so can we just try one of those and see if it works?
As a side note, your MySQL connections are also failing with "access denied".

Hi Mark-
I've solved both issues. My hosting service had reset FTP on my server which had change the default root FTP folder somehow. You mentioned earlier that this could be the problem. I discovered the change when I was playing with FileZilla. Once I corrected the remote FTP directory and the directories for the extra web files, FTP was once again working and my web pages updating.
I was being denied access to MySQL database for another reason. After working with hosting service tech support for about hour, they finally found my user name had been changed. CumulusMX is now once again updating my database.
The only problem remaining is the temperature trend graphs on my web site is showing an error. I'm using your php scripts for simple trend graphs (thanks!). The indicated error is "JPGraph Error 25121 -- Empty input data array specified for plot. Must have at least one data point." The data file is updating and uploading and the array looks okay. All the other plots are working fine. I"m thinking I may have done something wrong when I updated to the latest CumulusMX build.
To answer your questions, I did retain the Cumulus.ini file. My hosting service did confirm it uses SFTP and the defalut port is 22.
Thanks so much for your help!
Ed
