New host- new website help

Post by brookr »

Hi
I'm relatively new on here after a break of 6 years. 6 years ago, I did get help from the Cumulus community on setting up my website for Cumulus 1. However, I fell out with my host and the website fell by the wayside. I would like to get it back up again using Go Daddy, having purchased the domain Leedsweathercentre.co.uk. I am clueless on how to get my head around the process of linking CumulusMX with Leedsweathercentre.co.uk and would appreciate some help, starting with the very basics of how to get started. What information is required etc etc.
Looking forward to the journey!
Thank you

Don’t feel you’re tied to GoDaddy because you bought the domain name from them. I bought mine from 1-2-3 but another company does my hosting. See my other reply.
Cheers,
