Spike removal from Temp Data.

Hi all,
Just wanted to be pointed in the right direction to remove the spike I induced yesterday.
Want to be rid if the 23.9° temp that's in my data @ 12:00pm.
I took my VP2 down for a clean & new SHT31 & rain sensor yesterday & know I put it back on line a bit too soon after it had been sitting on an Alu trestle in the sun.
In my haste to get it back online I didn't think to let it FARS run for 5 minutes to let it stabilize.
(Actually FORGOT to connect the fan for 5 min too).
Where are my relevant editing places.
Happy to use the internal editors or Notepad, just know that long term that 23.9 doesn't belong.
Would consider the 22.9° peak to be more valid.
Thanks
Phil
Edit:-
When I hover over the chart I see data points or 10:40, 10:50, then 12:00, 12:10 etc.
The Down time was 10:50 to 11:55.
