What is the difference between the "Windbearing" and "CurrWindBearing" entries in SQL? It "looks" like WindBearing may be a rolling average whereas CurrWindBearing is by the minute. However, I took an average of each value for yesterday, and Windbearing was 195 deg while CurrWindBearing was 173 deg, which is a surprising difference being more than 20 deg apart.

Windbearing is the last instantaneous wind direction from the station.

CurrWindBearing is the average direction over the last 10 minutes (default) of all the speed/direction readings from the station (so 1 every 2.5 seconds for your Davis) using vector addition.

Ah okay. Kind of figured one was an average. I am surprised they were that different, but maybe the day was an anomaly.

It's not a simple average, it's the result of a vector addition of all the individual reading vectors.
